Man didn't this venue used to be the Spaghetti Factory, then Mexicain Place #1, oh yeah then it was like Flipper McGees or some crazy shit. Next I think it was some variation of El Presidente' or El Corazon or some shit. Most recently I heard they were trying to do live sex shows in there. Now it's a music venue. Wow wish I had seen this earlier. Wasn't John the guy that did the best Axl Rose I've ever heard? Hmmmmmmm guess I'll catch it next time. Oh yeah watch out for Tanya Harding, she lives in that neighborhood behind this place.... (well in between bouts of living in north county when she is avoiding the IRS). GAWD DAMN I LOVE LIVIN' IN THE 'COUVRE.

What is it?
A story of music, and how it set a young man freeâ¦one song at a time.
Filmed before a sold-out audience in Portland, this concert film of the popular stageshow features three decadesâ worth of rock and metal classics performed by a live band.
Rick Emerson relives the comedy and tragedy, the highs and lows, and the isolation and ultimate redemption of a small-town kid transformed by music. From the first time hearing the crushing chords of Led Zeppelin, to the buy-in of Kurt Cobainâs âgenius,â to the sell-out of Metallica, Bigger Than Jesus: The Diary of a Rock and Roll Fan is a love letter to the music that forms the soundtrack of our lives.
